Claude has over 6 years of experience in market research. Prior to Cruger Haus, Claude started out at NFO (acquired by TNS in 2003) and headed the Quality Control Department, during which time she put in place a set of standard operating procedures, which ensure NFO, maintains high quality standards. At TNS, she headed the Operations Department leading the field Operations team and was instrumental in setting up the Project Services team where she headed the Healthcare, Business Services and Financial sectors. Claude is a process, procedure-trained professional with over 16 years of professional work experience. Claude’s experience and expertise contribute significantly in driving towards state-of-the-art fieldwork and data quality. She also drives the ISO 9001/2000 quality systems. She has also managed many large-scale projects including healthcare, automotive, FMCG, financial, and telecommunication studies. She has extensive expertise with all fieldwork quantitative and qualitative methodologies including CATI, CAPI, as well as online studies. Claude holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts (English with Management), a Professional Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering. In addition, she is also a certified quality systems auditor. |
